Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Brays Forest Patio Homes Maintenance Fund, Inc. will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Alief Neighborhood Center, located at 11903 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, Texas 77072.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
