Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Spring Branch Townhomes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Trini Mendenhall Community Center, located at 1414 Writ Road, Houston, Texas 77055.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of one year. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
