Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Homeowners’ Association of Timber Forest, Inc. will be on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at C.I.A. Services’ Houston Office, located at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346. If a quorum is not met at the October 14th meeting at 6:00 p.m., October 14, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened Annual Meeting. The 1st reconvened meeting will be held at the same location as the 6:00 p.m. meeting.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
