Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Culebra Crossing Community Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
If quorum is not met at the July 13th meeting, Monday, August 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been set as the 1st reconvened annual meeting. This meeting will be held online. To join, click the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.
- All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
- You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
- Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
ELECTION. Five positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of three years. The two candidates to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years. The two candidates to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a term of one year. Write-in candidates are allowed.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
