Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Aliana Commercial Owners Association, Inc. will be held online at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the meeting ID and password listed on the mailed notice. You can call the same number from a regular phone to listen, but you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
In an online format, this meeting will be different from past in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.
- All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
- You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
- Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this electionto servce for a term of three year term.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
