Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Bay Oaks Community Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bay Oaks Country Club located at 14545 Bay Oaks Blvd, Houston, Texas 77059.

ELECTION. Four positions on the Board will be filled in this election for a term of two years. Write-in candidates will be accepted. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
