Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Northwest Park Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
If a quorum is not met at the February 18th meeting, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened meeting date. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
