Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Lochshire Maintenance Fund Inc. will be on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the IT May Center, located at 2100 Wolf Road, Huffman, Texas 77336.

If a quorum is not met at the January 5th meeting, Monday, January 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of one year. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
