Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of The Summit Mutual Amenities Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at BigZ Burger Joint, located at 2303 N. Loop 1604, San Antonio, Texas 78258.

If a quorum is not met at the November 12th meeting, Tuesday, December 2nd, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. If a quorum is not met at the December 2nd meeting, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 2nd reconvene date. ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
