Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Eastpoint Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at the empty lot located on the corner of Eastpoint Blvd and Shale Dr. Two positions on the board will be elected at this meeting. The 2025 Fall Festival will be held on the same day from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
