Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Colony Grant Homeowners Association will be on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Colony Grant Community Clubhouse, located at 2475 Robinson Ferry, Sugar Land, Texas, 77479.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
