Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Royal Palms Homeowner’s Association, Inc. will be held online at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.
- All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
- You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
- Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
