Why are we conducting this election?
MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Avondale Residential Property Owners Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. If a quorum is not met at the 6:00 p.m. meeting on May 20, Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. has been chosen as the first reconvened meeting. Both meetings will be held online using the same connection information. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.
In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.
- All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
- You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
- Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
