The Community Assistant shall
generally do and perform, or cause to be performed, all acts and things
reasonably necessary to assist it the community coordinator on all community
events. The following job description outlined is an overview of
the position's responsibilities.
- Assist the CC with
coordinating special events and ongoing community activities as approved
by the Board and within the constraints of the Association budget
- As assigned Coordinate
volunteers and for community events
- As assigned coordinate
with established and new community groups
- Provide photos of
community events and group events for Intranet and newsletter
- Act in accordance with
all decisions made by the Board of Directors related to Community Coordinator
- As assigned respond to
the needs of the Association members.
Communicate with members through telephone calls. Assist residents with any community related
issues they may have.
