Traces II Community Improvement Association

Traces II CIA was incorporated in August 1985 and has been managed by C.I.A. Services since 1996. They are located off Beltway 8 and Bammel/North Houston and Kleinmeadow Drive. They are a small Community of 227 homes with a tight budget.

The Association had been struggling for several years with financial hardships and the Board of Directors had to make some hard decisions. They worked their collections as hard as their finances would allow. Due to this dedication they have improved their collection rate. As a cost saving measure they closed the pool for 2009. With the money saved they will do all repairs needed at the pool and to the pool house. The Board is looking into replacing their playground equipment which is next on their list of improvements.

The Board of Directors consists of five members who dedicate their time to the community. The lack of volunteers is why the Board does a lot of hands on work. Although the improvements have been made over several years as funds became available, the Board of Directors is consistently making plans for future improvements.

This is a wonderful community to live in along with a dedicated Board of Directors and C.I.A. Services is proud to manage them. Congratulations Traces II for a job well done!
