Playing Hard. Splash Day 2006 was made possible by generous donations from a number of sponsors and the hard work and organization from the staff of C.I.A. Services. Houston Recreation provided a fine group of lifeguards to keep things safe and to run the pool games. The Silver Creek Board of Directors recognizes the importance of events like this to develop a sense of community.
