2024 Annual Meeting (Member Meeting)

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Lakeridge Home Owners Association will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at The GVEC Seguin Community Room located at 927 N. HWY 46, Seguin TX 78155. This will be an excellent opportunity to hear a review of the Association’s activities, finances, and future plans. 

If a quorum is not met at the April 27th meeting, Monday, May 15, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. If a quorum is not met at the May 15th meeting, Monday, May 29, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. has been chosen as the 2nd reconvene date. Both reconvene meetings will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799 and enter the meeting ID listed on the mailed notice. You can call the same number from a regular phone to listen, but you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions. Votes will not be taken at the online meetings.
