The Dancing Bear Property Owners Association is a gated, custom home community with 472 lots and an additional 78 acres of unplatted land on the lakeside of the community. Upcoming meetings for Dancing Bear Property Owners Association
The Board of Directors meets regularly to handle community business. The meeting notice and agenda are posted here at least 144 hours in advance of all regular board meetings. All meetings are open to residents. If you would like a specific topic placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at least ten days in advance.
The Annual Meeting of the Members with elections is held in February of each year. General Membership meetings are held periodically to update owners on current events. Notices are mailed to all owners and posted here in advance of each meeting.
