Colony Grant Homeowners Association is home to 1,197 single-family homes located in Sugar Land. The amenities in the community consist of a recreational swimming pool, a lap pool, clubhouse with multiple meeting rooms, tennis courts, lakes and playgrounds as well as a walking trail.

Upcoming meetings for Colony Grant Homeowners Association

The Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of every month except December. Meetings are held in Meeting Room "B" at the clubhouse located at 2475 Robinsons Ferry. The meeting agenda will be posted below at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

The Annual Membership Meeting & Election is held in August of every year. Notices are mailed to all owners prior to all membership meetings.

All meetings are open to residents. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
