Lakeridge is a wonderful community on the banks of Lake McQueeney in Seguin, Texas. Lake McQueeney was created in the 1940s when a dam was built on the Guadalupe River to provide hydroelectric power. Upcoming meetings for Lakeridge Home Owners Association

The Board of Directors meets quarterly. The meeting agenda is posted at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

The Annual Membership Meeting and election is held each Spring (March, April or May). Notices are mailed to all owners prior to all membership meetings.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
