• Congratulations to two of our North Office Staff Support personnel and stockholders on their anniversaries with our company. Charlotte Bulcken has performed various financial and administrative services for 14 years and Liz Holiday has handled home improvement and new construction request for 13 years.

• Welcome back to Roxanne Bailey. We are very pleased that Roxanne is returning to work at our North Office. Roxanne will be a portfolio manager serving several of our North Office communities.
• Congratulations to Dawna Woods on her 13th anniversary with us. Dawna is a stockholder and Maintenance Coordinator at our North office.
• Thank you to Ed Barnett for conducting our November seminar on Contracts, Facilities & Maintenance.

• Thank you to Renea Miksch and Libby Hodges for presenting our recent seminars on The Super Budgeting Process. Renea is our North Office Branch Manager and Libby is our Southwest Office Branch Manager.

• Congratulations to our company founders, President Ralph Troiano and Executive Vice President Tina Jameson who are celebrating 25 years since creating the C.I.A. Services on September 29, 1984.
• Congratulations to Sennait Tesfai, an administrative assistant at our Southwest Office, on her 6th anniversary.

• We are pleased to announce two promotions. Candace DeRousselle has been promoted to Community Manager at our Southwest Office and Linda Morris has been promoted to Community Manager at our North Office.
• Congratulations to our newest stockholder. North Office Community Manager Anna Marron is celebrating her 5 year anniversary this month.
• Congratulations to three of our North Office employees who are celebrating anniversaries with C.I.A. Services. Kim Easterling-Moore and Angie Thomas both joined us 11 years ago and Annette Escarenio, joined us 7 years ago.
• And welcome to three administrative assistants who recently joined our North Office: Jessica Orihuela, Nikki Perry and Renee Martin.

• Welcome to two new administrative assistants at our Southwest Office who joined us in June: Patricia Mosher and Dannielle Chiodi-Jon.
• We are pleased to welcome back to Oralia Kalil as an administrative assistant at our Southwest Office. She previously worked for C.I.A. Services for several years doing inspections and processing home improvement requests.
• And Patty Thedford has joined us as an onsite administrative assistant for the Cinco Ranch Residential Association II. Patty works at the community's Lake House with community coordinator Jessica Davis, who just celebrated her 1 year anniversary with us.

• Congratulations to Gloria Bell on her 20 year anniversary with C.I.A. Services. Gloria is a stockholder at our North Office providing a variety of staff support.
• We are sad to see her go but very happy for her: Carol Harrison, a stockholder and administrative assistant at our North Office is retiring this month. Carol joined our team in February 2003 as an Administrative Assistant. She plans to spend a lot of time enjoying her grandchildren and traveling.
• Thank you to Renea Miksch and Ralph Troiano for presenting our new seminar in May, Essentials of Architectural Control. Both sessions had a good student turn-out.
• Welcome to three new employees at our North Office: Carol Girdy, Colline Chavera and Larry Norwood.
• Our Bandera Office is celebrating its one year anniversary this month. The office opened for business on June 30, 2008.

• The executive suite at our North Office is celebrating anniversaries this month. Congratulations to Executive Vice President Renea Miksch on her 24th anniversary and Vice President Laura Tate on her 16th anniversary with C.I.A. Services.
• Congratulations to Margie de la Cruz on her 9th anniversary with C.I.A. Services. Margie is an indispensable member of our Southwest Office support staff and a corporate stockholder.
• Congratulations to our newest stockholder, Margaret Ekhardt, a community manager and office manager at our Southwest Office celebrating her 5 year anniversary.
• Four of our North Office managers successfully passed their M100 exam: Anna Marron, Brenda Ellington, Mary Jane Canavan and Annette Escarenio. M100 is a course on "The Essentials of Community Association Management" presented by the Community Associations Institute. It is one of the steps towards earning the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
• The newest course in our C.I.A. Services Seminar Series debuted this month: Essentials of Architectural Control.
• We had great community manager and stockholder meetings at our new Bandera Office. Read about what happens at a community manager meeting in the current issue of eNews Monthly.

• Congratulations to Rhonda Culbreth, a stockholder at our North Office, on her 19th anniversary with C.I.A. Services.
• Congratulations to Paula Lunsford and Karla Santos, maintenance coordinators and stockholders at our Southwest Office, on their 6th anniversary with C.I.A. Services.
• Congratulations to Dan Barr Jr., an all-purpose support staff member at our Southwest Office, on his 5th anniversary with C.I.A. Services.

• Congratulations to Carol Harrison on their 6th anniversary with C.I.A. Services. Carol is an Administrative Assistant at our North Office.
• Our 1st Annual Hockey Night with the San Antonio Rampage was great fun. On Saturday, March 9th, 80 guests joined us at the AT&T Center to watch the San Antonio Rampage take on the Grand Rapids Griffins. The Rampage lost in an exciting game. President Ralph Troiano and Executive Vice President Tina Jameson got to drop the ceremonial puck. Click here to see photos of the fun.

• Our 11th Annual Hockey Night with the Houston Aeros was another great success. On Saturday, February 21st, over 500 of our community leaders, friends and families joined us at the Toyota Center to watch the Houston Aeros beat the Iowa Chops. The Aeros are now officially 10-1 in their Hockey Night games - our cheering fans must really make a difference! Rabid hockey fan Rhonda Culbreth was on the ice before the game as the Honorary Aero.
