Stable Gate Homeowners Association

The Stable Gate Homeowners Association, located in the beautiful rural town of Cypress, was established in 2000. This beautiful gated community of 230 homes features a large lake in the center of the community with quite a few of the homes situated around the lake. In addition, the community also features a parking/storage facility and a natural preserve trails area.

Over the last seven years the Board of Directors has worked very hard to make the community what it is today. This community has many wonderful volunteers who have chosen to serve their community and ensure that they are headed in a positive direction.

An example of this would be the Work Force Committee that volunteers their time to undertake such projects as the replenishment of the fall surface at the playground, installing street signs and other signage, working to get the former stable area torn down, repairing fence slats and many other projects to save the Association money.

The Board of Directors has also been very active in working with Texas Legislators with matters of infrastructure and Aqua Texas, especially after the recent Hurricane. Through their efforts, Aqua Texas has assured the community that funds are being set aside to provide a backup generator for the water and sewer servicing the community. These things would not have taken place without the efforts of these volunteers.

Stable Gate is also very fortunate to have many other active committee volunteers who assist the Board and plan wonderful events for the community to enjoy.
